Another day, another award for Dickens!

This time Motability have acknowldeged our continued Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. This is a great testament to our team, both in Sales and Aftersales, as the award comes as a direct result of customer feedback on both sides of the business, for our Motability cars in Wrexham.

The Dealer Awards are judged on how we, as a dealer, deliver the Motability Scheme to our customers in Wrexham, and is assessed through customer feedback, reviews of our Motability Scheme performance and levels of engagement.

Talking about the awards, Peter Wilson, General Manager – Dealer Relations at Motability Operations Ltd, said, “We are very impressed as always, with the high standard of service delivered by our network of dealers and specialists and are pleased to reward them through our Motability Operations Ltd Dealer Awards programme.
