What can I expect from an award-winning Retailer?

All winners routinely go the extra mile to help customers, and our award recognises the consistently hard work that’s gone into their all-round service.

How are the winners decided?

Vauxhall reviews thousands of Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction surveys – a recent tally came to over 60,000 surveys in six months. A Customer Excellence Award goes to Retailers with the best combined score from the surveys.

You’ll be invited to complete a survey when you buy a new Vauxhall or when your vehicle is serviced for the first or second time.

What we say:

A HUGE thank you to all our customers - this accolade is purely down to our customers' responses to how we do our job, and it seems we're doing it right!

This award recognises the hard work of everyone at Dickens Vauxhall in Wrexham and at Station Motors in Mold, from the admin team to the sales team, from the service front desk and technicians through to the valeters, all of whom strive to provide TLC not PLC.

Having said all that, we know that there's always room for improvement and we'll keep pushing to offer you the best possible service in every area of our business.
