Vauxhall has been a proud partner of H4H since 2010 and in that time we have raised over £300k through the incredible fundraising efforts of the Vauxhall team.
Having beaten its original £200k target, Vauxhall has now raised the bar and continues to be a loyal supporter of the Charity.
As well as fundraising, Vauxhall continues to support the Help for Heroes Team with vehicles, an in-kind donation worth around £100k per annum and which helps the Charity to keep it’s running costs as low as possible.
Tedworth House took delivery of their adapted Mini Buses in 2012 and they look amazing with their specially designed interiors; they have been invaluable in helping in the recovery of Servicemen, women and veterans by transporting them to various activities and sporting events .
Vauxhall sponsored Band of Brothers Ambassador Derek Derenalagi through his intense training and preparation to represent Great Britain in the London 2012 Paralympics.
England international defender Nathaniel Clyne visited Help for Heroes’ Tedworth House on behalf of Vauxhall to meet two real heroes.
Defender Clyne was joined by popular presenter Tubes, the face of Vauxhall Football TV on a guided tour of the world-class facilities at Tedworth House, including the Phoenix Centre before meeting the two veterans.
Vauxhall was very proud to attend an awards evening at Tedworth House in October 2011, to be presented with a plaque from Help for Heroes for 'outstanding support'. The award was dedicated to employee's, retailers, customers and the general public, who have joined Vauxhall in its fundraising for our Heroes.
